The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our late arrival due to a flight delay, they were there to welcome us and give us a tour of the property. We really appreciate all the support and attention to detail. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location was fantastic and the area felt very safe, which made our multi-family trip enjoyable. The pool was lovely, though the heating system seemed to be out of order, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool offer a cozy retreat for those seeking some privacy, although they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of aging. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer— the freezer didn't get cold enough, causing all our ice to turn to water. Also, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which might not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The accommodation is reasonably priced for the area, especially if you're sharing expenses with several families.

The guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often costly West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends thanks to the versatility of the bed, which can be arranged as twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The newly renovated kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink, along with a sleek countertop. The bathroom has also been updated and features nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help keep things comfortable, along with the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample space for organizing belongings. You’ll also have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is convenient, especially if you’re traveling with a larger group since the main house is also available for rent. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and addressed a couple of small issues promptly and courteously. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying with this host again.
