We had a fantastic time gathering our family at this lovely rental. I would definitely suggest this place, but double-check that the pool has been serviced before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day due to the pool turning green and needing treatment. Luckily, the issue has been addressed with their pool service. On another note, the host, Kevin, was exceptional and very quick to respond to all our needs. Truly a great host!

Our experience with Kevin as our host was fantastic! He ensured a smooth check-in process and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. Kevin greeted us personally, making our arrival seamless. His insights about the local area were invaluable. The location was just as advertised, which was a huge plus. If you're looking for a great Airbnb host, Kevin is the ideal choice. I highly recommend staying at one of his properties!

Our stay here was simply wonderful! We spent an entire month and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better; it’s just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any disturbances. Plus, there’s a plethora of shops and restaurants just a 2-minute stroll away, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive. We also loved being a 15-minute walk from Clematis Street, which has some fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. A car isn't necessary to explore the area and enjoy your stay! Kevin, the host, is fantastic and made everything seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he arranged for someone to assist us right away, resolving everything on the spot. The apartment was cozy and spacious, equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to help us out. He has several properties and is incredibly reliable. We wholeheartedly suggest this place and also recommend checking out Kevin's other listings.
