Fantastic place in a prime spot! I would definitely come back for another stay.
The location was quite a bit farther from the convention center than what I anticipated; it took over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than I expected, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price seemed quite high. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund of over $300 due to Airbnb's policies, but I feel that the cost was unjustifiable for what was offered. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that the facilities are improved in the future.
We had an excellent time at Kevin's property! It was ideal for our large group, with a fantastic central location and ample room for everyone to spread out.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The convenience of having parking is a huge plus, and our host was incredibly welcoming. Everything we needed was within walking distance, with just a quick 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some items in the apartment show a bit of wear, the spectacular view from the balcony makes it all worthwhile. Can't recommend this place enough!

I had a fantastic experience staying here! Mark was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our visit. The accommodation was perfect for our group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms and a cozy living area. It was peaceful and provided a great night's sleep - highly recommend!

I had to make a last-minute trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, he kindly gave me a tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in working order, and it was spotless when I arrived.

Mark was a fantastic host! The check-in was seamless, and he was quick to address all of our requests. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Mark greeted us at check-in, which made everything feel personal and easy. He has a wealth of knowledge about the local area. The location was just as described, perfect for our needs. Mark embodies everything you could hope for in an Airbnb host. I highly recommend booking one of his properties!

The location of the rental was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected (over 30 minutes on foot, about 5 minutes by car). The room was quite small, furnished with just one bed for two, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the price I paid, which exceeded $300, I found it to be unreasonably high considering the location and amenities. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but I really hope they consider adjusting their pricing and adding more facilities in the future.
