This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for individuals, couples, or two friends since the bed can easily be configured as twins or a king. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and comes equipped with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen some recent renovations, complete with handy features like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with effective air conditioning, comfort was never an issue. The closet is well-organized with ample storage solutions. Plus, there's access to a washer and dryer, which are shared with the main house that also offers rental space if you need it. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of small concerns we had promptly and positively. Overall, the property met all our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
