The location was notably farther from the convention center than I anticipated (over 30 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive), and the room was quite small with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working, and the kitchenette was lacking essential amenities. Given the location and the limited facilities, the price felt quite excessive. I'm relieved that I was able to get a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but I must say that the $300+ fee felt unjustified for what was offered. It would be great if a more reasonable rate was set and if the facilities could be improved in the future.
We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn't be better for first-time visitors to West Palm. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some attractions were within walking distance, which was a pleasant surprise. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a real sense of security. This charming property, with its century-old history, offered a lovely pool and cabana area that we enjoyed immensely. The two additional ‘casitas’ made it ideal for our larger group. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The only areas for improvement would be the washer/dryer and the pillows, but overall, this place is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a prime location in West Palm.
Our stay here was fantastic for having the whole family gathered in one place. I can definitely recommend this property, just check that the pool has been maintained right before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day due to the pool being a bit green and needing treatment. The issue has been addressed with the pool service, though. The owner was incredibly attentive and responsive, making the experience even better. Truly a wonderful host!
The owner provided an excellent experience during our stay, and the apartment was spotless. It had a lovely design, was well-organized, and made for a very comfortable visit. My mother was thrilled with her time here.
