Compact apartment in a prime central location

After arriving on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, we were really looking forward to grabbing some lunch and settling into our rental by 4:00 PM. However, when we checked in at 4:00, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress and it would take a little longer. By 5:49 PM, we had to inquire about the delay, but received no response. After following up again at 7:02 PM, we were told someone would provide us with an update, but we didn’t get to access our rental until nearly 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom that had workers tiling the floor until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, we found that they had left dirty plumbing fixtures like a toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen for our entire stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I asked about a possible refund for the late check-in and other troubles, only to be told they would need to consult with the owners, but I never got any follow-up. This experience was quite frustrating, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

We had a wonderful stay for our business trip! The spacious accommodations made it easy for everyone to relax, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent privacy, each with its own bathroom, which was a big plus. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, and while we had to use the nets to keep it tidy, we enjoyed swimming in it when the sun was shining. The soothing sound of the waterfall added to the serene atmosphere at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short walk from Clematis Street and City Place, filled with bars and dining options, as well as the beach. Our host, Kevin, was always quick to respond whenever we had questions. We would love to return if it's available next time!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It was perfect for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms that ensured everyone had their own space. The two guest houses were a great addition, allowing us to spread out while still being close by. We loved the beautiful outdoor area, which provided us with many picture-perfect moments. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach. Our host was very attentive and supportive throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large group!
