I found myself needing a short-term rental in West Palm for a work assignment and couldn’t be happier with my choice. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed right from the start. The property is quite spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for my stay. It was easy to settle in, especially after Kevin showed me around the building. Everything was in good working order, making my month there hassle-free.
Great spot with a prime location, though the building shows its age. I found Jake to be very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some furniture pieces seem a bit worn with peeling surfaces. All in all, I was pleased with my stay; it was a cozy place in a fantastic area, just with a few minor issues.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, hoping to enjoy a nice lunch before our 4 PM check-in. However, when we returned at 4 PM, we were informed that our room was still being cleaned and it would take a bit longer. After a couple of hours of waiting with no updates, we finally checked in around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued their work until approximately 9:30 PM, which made it quite difficult to relax. Additionally, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen during our stay, which was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, there was no apology for the inconveniences, and when I inquired about a refund for the late check-in and the issues with the room, I was told they'd have to consult the owners but never received any follow-up. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating, and I won’t be booking with them again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway!
The apartment was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal spot. The complex features a lovely pool and well-equipped gym. William was an excellent host and quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely come back. Just a minor note, the decor was a bit different from what was shown in the photos, but it didn't affect my stay at all.
