This rental is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the noise, a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. The vibrant Clematis area, known for its amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday, is just a 15-minute walk away. You can easily enjoy everything the area offers without needing a car. The host was outstanding and made our stay effortless. Whenever we encountered an issue, they arranged for someone to come and resolve it promptly. This rental is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. Their attention to detail and reliability are commendable. We highly recommend this property and any of the host's other listings to anyone looking for a great experience.
Great spot in a prime location, though the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture have seen better days with some peeling. Overall, we enjoyed our time here—it's a cozy place with so much nearby, but a few improvements would make it even better.
Our work trip here was fantastic! The accommodation offered more than enough space, and the beds were spotless and incredibly comfortable. The two cottage rooms at the back provided great extra space for privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed the pool area; while we needed to use the nets to clear out some leaves, we still made good use of it on sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall made for a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby grocery store. This house is conveniently located near Clematis Street and City Place, surrounded by many bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return here if it’s available next time.

I would give the host all five stars for their efforts, but the unit did have a few issues that were beyond their control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms which the host promptly arranged to fix. Also, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the towels provided weren't up to par and could stand to be updated. A little attention to these details would make the stay even better.

The property is located in a fantastic area with a very secure neighborhood, making it perfect for families traveling together. We enjoyed the pool, but unfortunately, the heater wasn't functional, which made it quite chilly. Thankfully, the hot tub was a wonderful alternative! The guest studios by the pool were compact but offered good privacy for our group. Keep in mind that the house is older, so you might notice some signs of wear. Additionally, the refrigerator and freezer weren't operating properly, as the freezer was barely colder than the fridge, which left us without ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there is only one bedroom on the main floor, which could be an issue for those with mobility challenges. Also, there is no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price, especially when shared among multiple families.
The rental was much farther from the convention center than I anticipated, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was quite compact, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the amenities offered, the price seemed quite steep. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in line with Airbnb policies, but paying over $300 felt inappropriate for what was provided. I hope the pricing is reconsidered and that additional facilities are included in the future.
I had to take a short-notice business trip to West Palm, and I needed a comfortable place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. The building is quite large, but the host took the time to show me around, making the check-in process smooth. The condo itself is spacious enough for one or two guests, and everything was in excellent working order and spotlessly clean.
