The location is fantastic, situated in a safe area which made us feel comfortable during our stay. It was a perfect setup for our multi-family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater seemed to be out of order. Regardless, we took advantage of the hot tub, which was quite nice! The studio rooms near the pool are compact but provide a good sense of privacy when needed. The property does show its age, so some wear and tear is to be expected. We did face some issues with the refrigerator and freezer not functioning properly—the freezer was barely cold enough to keep our ice from melting. Also, the stairs can be a bit challenging, and keep in mind that there is only one bedroom on the main level, which might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. There’s no bath or shower on that level either. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.
I would give the host all five stars for their outstanding service. However, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond the host's control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host quickly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the highest quality. I suggest the owner consider upgrading them.
The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt cramped, only accommodating a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facilities were not functioning properly and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Considering the price, it seemed unreasonable for the location and the lack of adequate facilities. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but I feel that over $300 is excessive for what was offered. I hope to see a more reasonable price and better amenities in the future.

They personally greeted us upon arrival, making everything so straightforward. The host also shared great insights about the local area. The location was exactly as advertised and couldn't have been better. I highly recommend staying at one of their rentals for a wonderful experience.

A quick stroll of just 2 minutes puts you in the midst of numerous shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive brings you to a lovely beach. Additionally, Clematis, known for its fantastic dining options and vibrant farmers market every Saturday, is only a 15-minute walk away. A car isn’t necessary to explore the nearby attractions. The host was truly fantastic, making our stay effortless. Whenever we encountered an issue, help arrived promptly, and everything was resolved swiftly. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials we needed. The fellow residents were friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool area. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. With numerous listings under their belt, the host demonstrates immense reliability and professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend this place as well as the host’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!
