Kevin was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and requirements, which made our stay so much smoother. Managing a group of 16 is no small feat, but he handled it like a pro! His communication was top-notch, which is essential when booking an Airbnb. The house matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was the oven not working; however, Kevin promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, we had the stovetop available since we were only preparing light meals for a wedding event. We really appreciated Kevin's thoughtful gestures and the extras he provided—it truly made a difference. Huge thanks to Kevin! We will definitely consider his properties for our future trips.

This place exceeded my expectations! The location is ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment was cozy and inviting. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, are a fantastic bonus. I also want to shout out Kevin for being such a wonderful host; he was quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely consider staying here again. Just a small note: the decor was a bit different from the photos, but it didn’t detract from my overall experience.

The location was fantastic, and we felt safe in the neighborhood. It was perfect for our multi-family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater was out, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead! The guest studios near the pool were compact but offered the privacy we needed. Just a heads up, the house is old, so there's some wear that comes with it. We faced issues with the refrigerator and freezer; it was struggling to keep things cold, and we lost some ice due to the thaw. The stairs were a bit tricky, so I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone with limited mobility, especially since there's only one bedroom on the main floor and no bathing facilities there. However, when you split the cost among families, it’s a good deal for the area.
