The location is fantastic, perfect for exploring the area. The building has a bit of age to it, which shows, but the stay was enjoyable overall. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The carpets could definitely use a deep clean, and there were some signs of wear on the furniture, particularly with the leather. All in all, a comfortable stay in a great spot, though there are a few areas that could use some improvement.

The owner was an exceptional host, and the apartment was spotless and beautifully designed. It had a great aesthetic and was very organized. My mother had a delightful stay here and enjoyed every moment.
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. Managing the wants of 16 people is no small task, but they handled it beautifully! Communication was a key factor for us when selecting this rental, and the host excelled in that area. The house matched the description provided perfectly. We discovered the oven was nonfunctional, but the host promptly came by to confirm it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop still worked, and since our stay was primarily for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals anyway. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches the host included that exceeded our expectations – thank you so much! We will certainly consider booking with them again in the future.

Everything we needed was just a quick drive away, and we could even stroll to some nearby places. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how convenient it was to local attractions. This Airbnb is a charming century-old house, and the pool along with the cabana area in the backyard are simply delightful. The two additional 'casitas' are a fantastic feature, especially for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. While a new washer/dryer and a few more comfortable pillows would definitely enhance the experience, this property is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to accommodate a big group in the heart of West Palm.
