Palm Beach's Urban Energy with a New York Flair

Fantastic accommodation in an ideal spot. Couldn't have asked for a better location!

The rental was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes walking, about 5 minutes by car). The room was on the smaller side (just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table), and unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly. I also noticed that there were no kitchen facilities available. Given the location and amenities, the price seems excessively high. I was relieved to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 feels unreasonable for what you get here. I hope that a more reasonable price point is offered along with some additional amenities in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Kevin's property! He was incredibly responsive to our inquiries, which was so helpful with a group of 16. Communication is key when it comes to Airbnb, and Kevin excelled in this area. The house matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which unfortunately wasn't working, but Kevin came by promptly to check it out. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned well, and we were only preparing light meals since we were in town for a wedding. We truly appreciated Kevin's hospitality and the little surprises he provided during our stay. A big shoutout to Kevin for making our experience enjoyable! We'll definitely look for his properties in the future.

The property is in an excellent spot and the neighborhood feels very secure, making it a perfect choice for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, though it was a bit chilly since the heater wasn’t functioning. Luckily, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool, while compact, provided a nice sense of privacy. Keep in mind that the house has some age to it, so you might notice some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't perform as expected; the freezer barely got cold enough, causing our ice to melt. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility challenges as there are no bathing facilities downstairs. Overall, the price is reasonable, especially for families sharing the cost.

Had an amazing time here! The town is charming and offers plenty to explore.
