This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It was spacious and fit our group well. There were a few minor things to note, like the hot tub could use a good cleaning and the main floor had some cracked tiles that might need fixing. However, overall it met our expectations and we had a great time. I would definitely consider booking again.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything! While the building shows its age, Kevin was fantastic with all our questions and needs. The carpets could definitely use a good cleaning, and some furniture pieces are in need of repair, such as peeling leather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a cozy spot with a prime location, although it could use a few upgrades.

I had to make a quick work trip to West Palm for a month and this place was perfect for me. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite big, Kevin provided a thorough tour and made me feel right at home. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in great working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

We had a wonderful time at this rental! The location is fantastic, nestled in a safe neighborhood, making it perfect for our family gathering. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't working, but we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub instead. The guest studios near the pool offer a nice touch of privacy, even though they are on the smaller side. Keep in mind, the property is older and shows some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't function properly; we found the freezer was just as warm as the fridge, which meant our ice melted pretty quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, so I wouldn't recommend it for guests with limited mobility. There's no bath or shower in the main area either. Overall, it's a fair price for the area, especially if you're sharing costs with other families.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. Everything we wanted to explore was within a five-minute drive, and we appreciated the walkability to nearby spots. The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful, which added to our overall enjoyment. This charming 100-year-old home features a lovely pool and cabana area in the back, making it great for larger groups with its two casitas. Kevin was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. While we did think the washer/dryer could use updating and the pillows could be more comfortable, these were minor issues compared to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great home base in West Palm!
