We had a fantastic work trip stay at this property! The space was ample, and the beds offered a great night's sleep. The two cottage rooms at the back provided wonderful extra space and private bathrooms for everyone. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, although we did find ourselves using the provided nets to keep it clean. We enjoyed several refreshing swims in the nice weather, and the soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a great addition. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is excellent, right near Clematis St and City Place with an abundance of bars and dining options as well as the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would love to return here in the future if it's available!
I had to make a spontaneous trip to West Palm for work and this place turned out to be perfect for my month-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right from when I landed. The building is quite substantial, but the host gave me a thorough walkthrough, which made settling in a breeze. The condo was ample for my needs as a solo traveler, everything was in working order, and it was spotless.
We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this charming apartment. It’s so convenient with parking available and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away—only a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. The couch shows some wear from previous guests, but honestly, the stunning view out the window and through the sliding glass door more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this place!

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location and the apartment is quite roomy. While there are a few minor tweaks needed, we were very pleased with our extended visit. The convenience of having a good parking space, access to a gym, and a large swimming pool made it even better, especially enjoying the breathtaking sunsets each evening.
The experience I had was mostly positive, and I would give the host full marks. However, there were a few issues with the rental itself that need addressing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host promptly arranged for a repair. Additionally, one of the bathtubs wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, and the towels provided could definitely use an upgrade. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them.

We arrived after a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. When we returned at the scheduled time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still on-site, and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we reached out again at 7:02 pm and were told we would receive an update soon. Unfortunately, we didn't gain access until nearly 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still onsite to finish tiling the floor, creating quite a disturbance until around 9:30 pm. Moreover, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. We expected a more proactive approach from the host in terms of communication and resolution. When I inquired about a partial refund for the check-in delays and inconveniences, I was told the host would consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would hesitate to book here again.
