The property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not working, and there were no kitchen facilities available. Considering the location and amenities, the price seems excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund according to Airbnb policy, but paying over $300 for what I received felt unreasonable. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that additional amenities are added in the future.

Wonderful place to stay, with a fantastic location and ample space in the apartment. While there are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, we were thoroughly pleased with our extended visit. The property is conveniently situated, features a great parking area, a gym, and a large swimming pool that offers breathtaking sunset views every evening.
