This guesthouse is a fantastic choice considering the high prices of short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be converted into two twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and comes with a stove, fridge, and lovely countertops and sink. The bathroom is also newly renovated and features some nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area for added comfort. The closet is well-organized with plenty of space for storing clothes. You'll also appreciate the shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking available. Kevin, the host, was prompt in addressing our concerns and took care of a couple of small issues we encountered. Overall, this property fit our needs perfectly, and I would not hesitate to book with Kevin again.

I had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was ideal, and the apartment offered a cozy atmosphere. The amenities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were quite impressive. Mark, our host, was exceptionally helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely book again! Just a small note, the apartment appeared a bit different from the photos, but it was still lovely.

This spot was fantastic! Very cozy and ideally situated. The apartment complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Mark was an excellent host, quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely return. One little note, the decor was slightly different than shown in the photos, but it didn't detract from our experience.

We were in a bit of a pickle when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared for our arrival, but Kevin came to the rescue around 10 pm. He had a nice, clean apartment ready for us at the last minute. Everything went smoothly and we were grateful for the quick response.
