We had a fantastic stay here for our work trip! The spacious rooms and comfy beds made it easy to relax after long days. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were a brilliant feature, allowing everyone to enjoy their own bathrooms. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, and though we had to use the provided nets to keep it clean at times, we still enjoyed refreshing swims during the good weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall at the pool created a tranquil atmosphere at night. The location was ideal—quiet and secure, with an evening stroll to the nearby Publix adding to our experience. It's conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, offering a variety of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive, addressing any questions we had promptly. We're definitely looking forward to returning if the property is available again!
The property is situated in an excellent area with a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a vacation with family. The pool was a bit chilly due to a malfunctioning heater, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer great privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there's some wear and tear visible. We faced issues with the fridge and freezer; the freezer wasn't working properly, and we ended up without ice as everything had melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, which might not be ideal for guests with mobility challenges. There’s no bath or shower on the main level either. Overall, considering the price, it was reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

We had to skip our planned backyard barbecue because the pool wasn't in great shape and required maintenance. Fortunately, the issue has been sorted out with the pool service. This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the otherwise pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or pairs of friends, as the bed can be configured as two twins or a king size. The location is excellent, with plenty of attractions in close proximity. The kitchen, which has been nicely updated, includes a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop and sink. The bathroom has also seen renovations, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort, alongside great air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options, making it easy to settle in. There's also a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a bonus (the main house is also available if you need more room). The owner was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our needs, and we would definitely consider booking with this owner again.

I would rate the host a full five stars for their outstanding service, but the unit did have a few issues that need addressing. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which the host promptly got repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning and the towels were not up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.
