We had a fantastic stay for our work trip! The property had more than enough space, and the beds were super comfy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back were fantastic for giving everyone their own bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool area, although we did find it necessary to use the nets to keep it clean due to the surrounding trees. Still, the weather was perfect for a swim! The sound of the waterfall in the pool was such a serene addition, especially at night. The neighborhood was tranquil and felt secure, making our evening walks to the Publix very enjoyable. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where we found numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. Kevin, the host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would certainly love to return if the opportunity arises!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. Kevin was an exceptional host, always available to assist with any inquiries I had. He went above and beyond to help those of us attending DWD secure accommodations at the last minute, considering everyone’s unique situations. The studio itself is thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable visit. Additionally, having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic way to relax my legs after long hours on my feet. I can’t wait to return!

We had an excellent experience at this rental, perfect for gathering the whole family. I highly suggest booking this place, but just double-check that the pool is clean before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool had turned green and needed maintenance. They've since addressed the issue with a pool service. On a brighter note, Ryan was a fantastic host who was quick to respond to our queries. Highly recommended!

The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no cooking facilities available. Considering the price, I felt it was quite unreasonable for what was offered. I was relieved to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space and its amenities seems excessive. I hope they can offer a more competitive price and improve the facilities in the future.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay. Tom was a fantastic host who made the check-in process a breeze. He was quick to respond to any questions I had, and the condo itself was spotless and nicely decorated. Meeting him upon arrival made everything so smooth. His knowledge about the local area was impressive, and he provided great recommendations. The location was exactly as described and very convenient. I can't recommend Tom's properties enough; he's the ideal Airbnb host!
