Kevin was incredibly prompt in responding to our inquiry and helped us finalize everything in under a day. He personally greeted us at the property and provided a thorough tour, making us feel right at home. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. James was an excellent host, always prompt in addressing any inquiries and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to assist guests at DWD in securing last-minute lodging, tailoring the experience to each person's needs. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a wonderful stay. I particularly enjoyed taking a dip in the pool to relax my legs after long hours on my feet. I will definitely be returning!

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent a month here and truly loved every moment. The location couldn't be better—only a short 10-minute drive to the airport without any noise disruption, and just a 2-minute stroll to a plethora of shops and restaurants. The beach is only about a 10-minute drive away as well. Plus, it’s a lovely 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found amazing dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to explore the area! Kevin was an outstanding host, always making things seamless for us. Whenever we had an issue, he was quick to arrange for someone to come and resolve it. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was wonderful for relaxation. When we mistakenly mixed up our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us. He has several listings and is incredibly reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly endorse this place and Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!

This property is in a fantastic location, situated in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't working, but we enjoyed the hot tub a lot! The guest studios around the pool are cozy and offer good privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that the house shows some signs of age, which adds character but also means some wear and tear. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer wasn't very cold, leading to melted ice. Also, be cautious on the stairs; they can be a bit tricky. There's only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which might be a concern for those with mobility challenges, especially since there's no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was reasonably priced, especially when shared among several families.

The place was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car), and the room was rather small (just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table). Additionally, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund per Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 seems unjustifiable for what was offered. I hope they can provide a more reasonable rate and improve the amenities in the future.

The location is fantastic, but the building shows its age. I was really impressed with Kevin's responsiveness throughout our stay. While the carpets could definitely use a good cleaning and some of the furniture is showing signs of wear, it was still a pleasant and cozy place to stay. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience, even though there are a few areas that could be improved.
