Entire rental unit. 1925 Spanish-Inspired Villa "La Casa Bonita" Steps from the Shore

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the otherwise pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for individuals, couples, or even friends traveling together since the bed can either be set up as two singles or a king. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and stylish countertops and sink. The bathroom renovations show great attention to detail, including a dimmer switch for ambiance. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans along with powerful air conditioning to keep you comfortable. The closet offers ample space with various racks and bars for organization. You also have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a big plus. The host was very responsive, addressing a couple of small concerns we had promptly and effectively. Overall, this property met our expectations, and I would gladly book with this host again.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk there or just a quick 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side with just a double bed, a couch, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly and the kitchen lacked essential amenities. Given the location and facilities, the pricing felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund thanks to Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 for this space seems unreasonable. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and the facilities are improved in the future.

The host came to our rescue late at night, around 10 PM, when we encountered issues at our previous Airbnb that was not ready for us. After a last-minute check-in, we found everything to be perfectly set up and comfortable in this place. Highly recommend it!

This Airbnb is in a fantastic location, and the apartment is quite large. There are a few minor enhancements that could be made, but I was overall pleased with my extended stay. The convenience of having a good parking space, a gym, and a spacious swimming pool is a big plus, especially for enjoying breathtaking sunsets each evening.
