Cancellation policy
A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

We arrived at the property after a long flight, expecting to check-in by 4:00 pm. To our surprise, we were informed that it would take longer as the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 pm. Unfortunately, we discovered that there was ongoing maintenance in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers still tiling until late in the evening. Additionally, we found used plumbing items left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We had hoped for some form of apology or compensation for the delays, but communication fell short. I reached out regarding a potential refund for the inconvenience, but received no follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
