The property was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was on the smaller side, with just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and the amenities, the price felt unreasonable. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund as per Airbnb policies, but paying over $300 for this space and its facilities seems excessively high. I hope they consider offering a more reasonable rate and improving the amenities in the future.
