The host was incredibly attentive to all our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Coordinating for a large group of 16 can be tricky, but they handled it with ease! Communication was top-notch, which is crucial for any Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven, which the host promptly checked out and confirmed was not operational. Thankfully, the stovetop worked fine for our needs as we were mostly out for a wedding celebration. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host and their willingness to go the extra mile - a huge thank you! We will definitely consider booking properties managed by them in the future.
We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight and were eager to grab some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, we were informed that check-in would be delayed because the cleaning crew was still there. After repeatedly following up, we finally got access at nearly 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue, and workers were busy tiling the bathroom floor, which made it quite noisy. Unfortunately, they left some tools and even a used toilet in the kitchen, which was quite off-putting. Throughout this experience, there was no effort from the host to apologize or rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and lack of amenities, but I was told that the host needed to consult the owner and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to stay here again.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s a perfect size for individuals, couples, or friends looking to share a space (the bed can easily be configured as twins or a king). The location is very convenient for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom renovations are impressive too, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for ambiance. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, which worked well alongside the air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for storage. We also had access to a washer and dryer, which is shared with the main house (also available for rent if you need additional room). The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. Overall, this property met all our expectations and we would definitely consider booking again.

The host came to our rescue around 10 PM after we encountered issues with another Airbnb where we had already checked in, but the apartment was not clean upon our arrival. Thankfully, everything went smoothly with our last-minute check-in at this place, and we had no complaints.
Unfortunately, I couldn't stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a refund, which I greatly appreciate.
