I had an unexpected work trip to West Palm for a month and needed a place to stay on short notice. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed. The building is quite expansive, but Kevin showed me around, and I felt right at home. The condo is perfect for 1-2 guests, very tidy, and everything functioned well during my stay.

We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, expecting to enjoy some lunch and check in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00 pm, we were informed that the housekeepers were still working and that it would take a while longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again and were met with silence. At 7:02 pm, we asked about the situation and were told we would be updated shortly. Ultimately, we didn't gain access until 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers present laying tile. They continued cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm, leaving a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology or an attempt to rectify the inconvenience. When I requested a partial refund for the delayed check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they would need to consult the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

After reaching out at 5:49 pm with no response, we inquired again at 7:02 pm, only to be told we would receive an update soon. It wasn't until around 7:45 pm that we were finally allowed to enter the property. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there finishing the tiling. They were cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, and unfortunately, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen the entire time. There was no apology or attempt to address our concerns. I asked about compensation for the late check-in and issues we faced, but I was told they would need to check with the owners, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I don't think I would choose to rent from them again.

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requirements. Managing the needs of 16 guests isn't an easy task, but he made it happen! His communication skills are top-notch, which is crucial for a successful Airbnb experience. The property description was spot on. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning, but Kevin was prompt in coming over to confirm the issue. Luckily, the stovetop was operational. Since we were there for a wedding, we weren't doing any substantial cooking. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and the thoughtful surprises he provided – a massive THANK YOU to him! We'll definitely consider renting his properties again in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two pals since the bed can either be pushed together as a king or split into singles. It's conveniently located near various attractions in WPB. The updated kitchen features a stove, fridge, and new countertops, making it easy to prepare meals. The bathroom has also received a refreshing makeover with thoughtful additions like a dimmer lighting option. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with superb air conditioning, comfort is guaranteed. The closet space is impressively organized with racks and rods, offering plenty of storage. Plus, there’s shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is an added bonus. Kevin, our host, was attentive and quick to address any small issues that popped up. Overall, this property met all our needs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Kevin again.
