My experience with Kevin as a host was outstanding! The check-in process was seamless, and he was always quick to address any questions we had. The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. Kevin personally greeted us upon arrival, which made everything so straightforward. Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The house had ample space and the beds were wonderfully comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back provided ideal extra room for our group, and having separate bathrooms was a great bonus. The pool area was lovely, shaded by trees, so we did have to clean it with the nets provided, but we still enjoyed swimming when the sun was out. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall was delightful in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure; we even enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Its location is a huge plus, just a stone's throw from Clematis St and City Place, where there are tons of bars, restaurants, and the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We would certainly return here if we get the chance in the future.

We had such a fantastic time at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! It was spacious enough for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. The two guest houses provided a nice balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful and offered some great spots for photos. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was very attentive and quick to respond, which made our stay even better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
Our experience was fantastic! Even though our flight was delayed, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made sure he was there to welcome us and give us a tour of the house upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the effort he put in to make our stay enjoyable.

We enjoyed a lovely three-week stay at this Airbnb and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm Beach. With everything just a short drive away and some spots easily reachable by walking, we really appreciated the convenience. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which added to our overall comfort. This charming Airbnb is a century-old house, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' made it ideal for our large group, providing ample space. Kevin was fantastic—always quick to respond and eager to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful experience. A couple of things could use some improvement, like updating the washer and dryer and providing more comfortable pillows. Nonetheless, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group and wanting to stay in the heart of West Palm.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property; it was the perfect gathering place for our family! I would definitely recommend this rental, just a heads up to check on the pool's cleanliness before arriving. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day since the pool needed some treatment and had turned a bit green. The good news is that the host has since taken care of the issue with a professional pool service. Kevin was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to all our questions. A fantastic host overall!

The location was fantastic, and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family's vacation. The pool was pleasant, though the heater was not functioning, so it was a bit chilly. We made good use of the hot tub, which was quite enjoyable! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer nice privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the property is older, so there are some signs of wear. We encountered a problem with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn't cold enough, causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a little tricky, and there’s only one bedroom situated downstairs in the main house, which could be an issue for those with mobility concerns since there are no bathing facilities on that level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially if several families are sharing costs.

The location was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I expected, taking over 30 minutes on foot and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt cramped with only one double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. I also encountered an issue with the shower as it wasn't functioning properly, and the kitchen facilities were lacking. Given the price of over $300, the value just doesn't add up for what you get in terms of location and amenities. I was relieved to receive a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but I hope they consider adjusting the price and improving the facilities in the future.
