Luxury Resort-Inspired Residence in Downtown West Palm Beach's Vibrant Core

Very responsive and friendly host, communication was a breeze!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! This property was perfect for gathering our family in one place. I would definitely suggest booking here, but be sure to check that the pool has been cleaned before you get there. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool had turned green and needed treatment. The issue has since been addressed by the pool service. On the plus side, Mark was a wonderful host and was very quick to respond to any of our queries. Highly recommended!

Our work trip to this property was fantastic! The spacious rooms provided us with ample comfort, and the beds were both tidy and relaxing. The two cottage rooms in the rear gave everyone their own bathrooms which was a great bonus. We enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by beautiful trees, and although we had to use the nets occasionally to keep it clear, the refreshing swims were enjoyable whenever the weather cooperated. The calming sound of the pool's waterfall at night was a lovely feature. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, allowing us to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Its prime location, just a stone's throw from Clematis St and City Place, offered us a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. Kevin, our host, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. We would certainly choose to stay here again if it’s available on our next visit.

Kevin truly exceeded my expectations as a host. He was always quick to respond and really went the extra mile to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I had a fantastic experience at his property and would definitely recommend it to others!
