Entire rental unit. 55+ waterfront condominium with scenic views

We arrived in town and our flight touched down around 1:00 PM. We were hoping to grab a bite before checking in at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned to the property at that time, we were informed that it would take a bit longer as the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired and received no response. Another check-in around 7:02 PM yielded the same vague answer about not having an estimate. We finally accessed the property at about 7:45 PM, only to discover there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still on-site tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, which made our arrival quite inconvenient. Additionally, they left a used toilet and a sink with a plunger just sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was never any acknowledgment or attempt to rectify the situation from the host. When I raised the possibility of a refund for the late check-in and the ongoing disturbances, I was told the host would need to consult with the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

This was a great spacious place for our weekend getaway with friends. We did encounter a few minor issues, such as the hot tub not being very clean and some cracks in the main floor that should be looked at. However, overall, it matched the description perfectly and we had no major complaints. I would definitely consider booking here again.

The host was incredible—super friendly and very responsive. I appreciated their flexibility when I accidentally mixed up my booking dates. They made the whole process so much easier!
