I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo is roomy for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
We had a wonderful experience at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, conveniently situated, and offered ample room to relax.
Unfortunately, I couldn't make my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but the host was very understanding and processed my refund promptly. I appreciate their kindness during this stressful time.

We did encounter a minor issue with the oven, but the host addressed it promptly and confirmed it was out of service. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were primarily in town for a wedding, we weren’t focused on cooking big meals anyway. I truly appreciated the extra touches and gestures from the host that caught us by surprise - a big thank you for that! I will surely look for other properties managed by them in the future.

We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better for exploring West Palm. As first-time visitors, we were thrilled to find that everything we needed was just a short drive away, with some attractions even within walking distance. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, making it a perfect spot for relaxation after a day out. This place is a charming century-old home, and we absolutely loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional 'casitas' were a huge plus for our large group. The host was incredibly attentive, always ready to help ensure we had a wonderful experience. While the washer/dryer could use an update and some better pillows might enhance comfort, we still highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy the best of West Palm!
