Charming Lakeside Apartment

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend at this property! It fit our group of 13 perfectly, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses offered us the privacy we needed while allowing us to come together easily. The outdoor space was gorgeous, ideal for capturing memorable photos. Plus, the location was superb—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! Our host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a big gathering!

We had a fantastic time at Kevin's property! It was ideal for our large group, situated in a very central area with ample room for everyone to relax.

The location was fantastic and we felt very secure in the neighborhood. It was a wonderful option for our family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't operational, so we made good use of the hot tub instead, which was lovely! The guest studios near the pool are cozy and provide great privacy. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there are signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly, with the freezer barely staying cold enough to keep ice from melting. The stairs were a bit tricky, and there's just one bedroom located on the lower level of the main house, so I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility challenges. Also, be aware that there is no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, it was a reasonable rate for the area, especially if you're sharing costs with friends or family.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a bite before our 4:00 PM check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that it would take a bit longer since the cleaning staff were still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM without an update, we inquired about our room and still received no response. By 7:02 PM, we had to ask for another update and were told they would check in with us. Unfortunately, we couldn't access the place until around 7:45 PM. To our surprise, we discovered there had been plumbing issues in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were still on-site tiling the floor, which continued until nearly 9:30 PM. They even left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, sitting in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or any effort made to rectify the situation. I requested some compensation for the late check-in and the troubles we faced, but was told they would check with the owners and I never got a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I won’t be booking with them again.

We faced a last-minute cancellation for our original rental, but thankfully, Kevin stepped in and made the booking process seamless for us in under 24 hours. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming, meeting us at the property to show us around. He was very helpful, offering valuable tips on local beaches, dining options, and activities to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
