We arrived at the property after our flight touched down around 1:00 pm, expecting to have some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, at 4:00 pm, we were informed that cleaning was still in progress and it would take longer. By 5:49 pm, we reached out for an update but received no reply. It wasn't until 7:02 pm that we asked again and were told that we would be notified when it was ready. Unfortunately, we were finally allowed to enter around 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom with workers still tiling the floor. They continued to cut tiles until roughly 9:30 pm, and we found a plumber's tools left in the kitchen throughout our stay, including a used toilet and sink. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation, and when I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and related issues, I was told it needed to be cleared with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, it was very disappointing, and I would not consider renting from this host again.

The host came to our rescue at nearly 10 PM when our previous Airbnb turned out to be unprepared for our arrival. We were already checked in there, but the apartment wasn't clean. Thankfully, everything went smoothly with the last-minute check-in at this property, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This vacation rental exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every single moment. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it's surprisingly quiet. There are plenty of shops and eateries just 2 minutes on foot, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Plus, Claremore is about a 15-minute walk, featuring wonderful dining options and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. It really is easy to explore the area without needing a car. The owner is incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. When we had a minor issue, someone was sent over promptly to resolve it. The rental itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all our necessities. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool was a lovely spot to relax. We accidentally mixed up our checkout date, but the owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple properties available, their reliability and professionalism are evident. We highly recommend this place and any other listings managed by them!

I would definitely give the host five stars for their service alone, but there were a few issues with the unit itself. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels provided also seemed a bit worn and could be updated for a better experience.
