Palm Beach Cottage in West Palm Beach

Mark was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our flight being delayed, he ensured he was at the property to welcome us and give us a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all his efforts!

Kevin truly deserves a perfect score for his hospitality and responsiveness. There were a couple of issues with the unit, such as a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin handled the repair right away. I did notice that one of the tubs could have used a bit more attention during cleaning. Additionally, the towels provided were not of the best quality and I think replacing them would enhance the experience for future guests.

Communication was a breeze, and the host was fantastic!

Kevin was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our inquiries, which made our stay so much easier! Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and he handled it with great professionalism. His communication skills are top-notch, which is essential for an Airbnb experience. The property matched the description perfectly. The only issue we encountered was with the oven, but Kevin was quick to assess the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and we didn't need to do much cooking as we were in town for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful touches he provided. A massive THANK YOU to him! We will surely consider booking any of his properties in the future.
