Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a refund for my reservation. I truly appreciate their kindness during this difficult time.

The location of this place is fantastic, but the building itself has seen better days. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture is in need of repair, with a few pieces having peeling upholstery. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a cozy setting and the location made up for its imperfections.

The location was perfect, situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, making it ideal for a family getaway. We enjoyed the spacious areas accommodating multiple families. While the pool was enjoyable, we found the heater wasn’t functioning, so we ended up using the hot tub instead, which was a nice alternative. The studios by the pool offered a level of privacy, albeit they were a bit compact. It's worth noting that the property shows some signs of age, which is to be expected in an older house. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t get cold enough, and our ice ended up melting. The stairs could be tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Additionally, the main house lacks a bath or shower on the ground floor. Overall, it's a reasonable choice for the area, especially if costs are shared among families.
