Entire rental unit. Secure and Inviting Extended Stay Rental in West Palm Beach

Communication was a breeze, and the owner was fantastic throughout our stay.

The host was exceptional! Always quick to respond and very considerate throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to others!

We arrived on a flight that landed at 1:00 pm, expecting to enjoy a nice lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived, we learned that the cleaning crew was still working. After several inquiries, we finally got in close to 7:45 pm. Unfortunately, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue, and workers were in the middle of tiling the bathroom floor. They were still cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm, and it wasn’t ideal to find the remnants of their work, including a used toilet and sink, left in the kitchen for our entire stay. We didn’t receive any form of apology or compensation for the inconvenience. I did ask about a possible refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues but was told that the host would need to consult with the owners. Unfortunately, we never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

The host came to our rescue late at night when our original Airbnb let us down by not having the apartment ready, despite us having checked in. We were able to check in seamlessly at this property instead, and everything was in great order. Very grateful for the host's assistance!
