Secure and Inviting Extended Stay Rental in West Palm Beach

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, it features a bed that can either be arranged as two twins or a king. Its location is ideal for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and comes with all the necessary appliances, including a range and refrigerator, along with a stylish sink and counter. The bathroom also showcases modern renovations and thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living space, plus efficient air conditioning, we stayed comfortably cool. The closet is well-organized with ample storage solutions. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is great for convenience (the main house is also available if you need more room). Kevin, our host, was always quick to respond and handled a couple of small issues promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our expectations and we would happily book with Kevin again.

Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and concerns, which is quite an achievement with a group of 16 guests! His communication skills really made our stay enjoyable and that's crucial when you're booking an Airbnb. The property matched the online description perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven, but Kevin promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop functioned well for our needs since we were primarily in town for a wedding. We truly valued our exchanges with Kevin and the thoughtful touches he provided that were beyond our expectations - a massive THANK YOU to him! We will certainly consider renting from him again in the future.
