If I were to rate the host alone, I would give them a perfect score. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with the unit that were outside of their control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, I felt that one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning. The towels provided could also be updated as they weren't the best quality. The property owner should consider replacing them.

The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any noise, a 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis, where the dining options are fantastic and the farmers market on Saturdays is a must-visit. You really don’t need a car to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, help was arranged swiftly and efficiently. The rental itself was cozy, spacious, and provided all the amenities we could ask for. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. We even mixed up our checkout date, but the host went above and beyond to assist us. With many other listings available, he is definitely someone you can trust. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and any of the host's other listings!
What an AMAZING little getaway we stumbled upon! We managed to book this place on short notice, and it did not disappoint. The apartment includes convenient parking and the owner was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could possibly need is just a short stroll away - a mere 2 minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show signs of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door makes all of that easily forgettable.

I noticed the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with some peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It was a cozy spot in a great area, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
This Airbnb is in a fantastic location and offers a roomy apartment. While there are a few minor upgrades needed, we were really pleased with our extended stay.
