This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey short-term rental market of West Palm Beach. It's the perfect spot for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, with the flexibility to arrange the bed as twins or a king. Located conveniently near various attractions in WPB, it couldn't be better situated. The kitchen has been recently updated and is equipped with all the essentials, including a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink with countertop. The renovated bathroom features nice little details like a dimmer switch for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans to enhance the cooling, along with excellent air conditioning. I appreciated the well-organized closet space that offers ample storage. There’s also a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking. The host, Kevin, was very responsive and promptly addressed a couple of small concerns I had. Overall, this property fully met our expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.
