Cancellation policy

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It offered plenty of space, which was a major plus. There were some minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a thorough clean and a few cracked tiles on the main floor, but overall, it matched the description well and didn’t present any major problems. I would definitely consider booking again.

The host was incredibly accommodating. We experienced a delay with our flight, but the owner was still there to welcome us and give us a quick tour of the place when we finally arrived. We truly appreciate all the assistance!

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities provided. Given the pricing, the value does not seem justified considering the location and facilities. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but I found the cost of over $300 to be excessive for what was offered. I sincerely hope that a more reasonable price is set in the future, along with better facilities to enhance the experience.
