Kevin came to our rescue at nearly 10 PM after we had a terrible experience with another Airbnb that wasn't prepared for us upon arrival. We were so relieved to find his apartment available for a last-minute check-in. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated his support.

This was a great spacious getaway for our weekend trip. We did encounter a few minor problems, like the hot tub could have been cleaner, and the flooring on the main level has some cracks that need attention. However, everything else matched the description perfectly and we didn’t face any serious issues. I would definitely consider booking this place again.

We had a fantastic stay thanks to Kevin, who was incredibly quick to respond to all our queries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small task, but he handled everything like a pro. Communication is key when booking an Airbnb, and Kevin excelled in that aspect. The house matched the description perfectly. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which Kevin addressed swiftly by coming over to assess it. Luckily, the stovetop was functional, and since we were mainly in town for a wedding, we didn't need to cook elaborate meals. We genuinely appreciated Kevin's attentiveness and the thoughtful extras he provided during our stay. Big thanks to him! We'll certainly consider booking more properties he oversees in the future.
