Freshly Built Apartment

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!

We had an excellent time at this property, perfect for hosting the whole family! I highly suggest this place, just be sure to check that the pool has been properly maintained before your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day due to the pool's condition, which turned murky and needed treatment. This has since been taken care of by the pool service. Our host, Mark, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a fantastic host!

The location was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt cramped with just a bed for two, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was also out of order, and there were no kitchen facilities to speak of. Given the amenities and the location, the price seemed excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but I believe the $300+ rate is far too high for what is offered. I hope future guests see a reasonable price with better facilities in place.

David was incredibly accommodating and managed any minor hiccups with great skill. I would certainly suggest this place to others.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. Mark personally greeted us upon arrival, which made everything feel so welcoming. He shared valuable insights about the local area, making our visit even better. The location was exactly what we were hoping for. Mark embodies the ideal Airbnb host, and I wholeheartedly recommend booking one of his places.
