Charming Avenue Residence – Roomy and Sophisticated Home in West Palm Beach – Perfect for Families or Gatherings

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Almost everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some local spots were conveniently within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt safe, which made our experience even better. This charming Airbnb is situated in a historic 100-year-old home, and we loved the fantastic pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were perfect for our group size. Kevin, the host, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The only suggestions would be to upgrade the washer/dryer and provide some more comfortable pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic place for large groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and found this place perfect for my one-month stay. The host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite large, Kevin gave me a thorough tour, allowing me to settle in quickly. The condo is quite spacious for one or two guests, everything was in great working condition, and it was spotlessly clean.

David truly simplified everything for us. Even with our flight being delayed, he was there waiting at the house to give us a warm welcome and show us around. We really appreciate all your help!

Overall, a lovely spot to spend our vacation. Communication with Mark was excellent throughout our stay.
