We arrived late at night, around 10 PM, and Kevin was incredibly accommodating. We had a nightmare with our previous Airbnb that wasn't prepared on time, but he quickly rescued us with a smooth last-minute check-in. The apartment was great, and everything went perfectly.

David was an exceptional host. He was quick to respond, very caring, and incredibly friendly. I can't wait to book here again.

We arrived at around 1:00 pm after a long flight, hoping to find a spot for lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working on the property. After waiting, we checked back in at 5:49 pm but received no updates. Finally, around 7:02 pm, we followed up again and were told they would keep us posted. Unfortunately, we didn't get access until about 7:45 pm. Once inside, we discovered a significant leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise of tile cutting continued until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they had left a used toilet, sink, and plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received any apology or resolution for our troubles. I inquired about a partial refund due to the delays and issues but was told they would have to contact the owners, and I never heard back. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
