Oceanfront Downtown Apartment Near Shops, Dining & Sandy Shoreline

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply fantastic! We spent an entire month here and loved every second of it. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute journey from the airport without any of the usual noise. You can easily stroll to a variety of shops and eateries in just 2 minutes, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which is home to some amazing restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to enjoy the area! Kevin is a remarkable host who made our experience seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to assist us right away, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with all the necessities. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally got our checkout date wrong, Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate us and made the process easy. With multiple listings under his belt, he is incredibly reliable and trustworthy. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and any of Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!

From the moment we arrived, Jason was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. Managing the needs of 16 guests can be a challenge, but he handled it with ease! His communication skills made the whole experience much smoother, which is a big plus when booking an Airbnb. The property matched the description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn't working. However, Jason came over promptly to check it out. We didn’t need to prepare elaborate meals as we were in town for a wedding, and the stovetop was fully functional. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches Jason provided during our stay as well. A huge shoutout to him! We will certainly consider renting one of his properties again in the future.

The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater seemed to be out of order, and it was quite chilly. We ended up using the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice private space when needed. It's an older property, so you should be prepared for some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly, as the freezer barely chilled at all, causing our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom located downstairs, it might not be suitable for those with limited mobility since there’s no bath or shower in that part of the house. Overall, it’s a good deal for the area, especially when sharing costs among multiple families.
