Entire rental unit. Charming Little House

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for a family getaway. We really enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of order, so it was a bit chilly. Luckily, the hot tub was a great alternative! While the guest studios near the pool are on the smaller side, they offered a nice level of privacy when needed. Being an older property, you do encounter some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t functioning well; the freezer was more like a fridge, which meant all our ice melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there's only one bedroom located downstairs, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has trouble with mobility. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower in the downstairs area of the main house. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the location, especially when shared among several families.

I booked a last-minute business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The owner was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite expansive, the owner provided a thorough tour, allowing me to settle in quickly. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, everything functions perfectly, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
