This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the otherwise pricey area of West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends thanks to its flexible bed arrangement that can easily be converted to twin beds or a king. Its central location makes it convenient for exploring WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated and is equipped with essential appliances like a range and refrigerator, along with stylish countertops. The bathroom is also nicely renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer for lighting. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance comfort, alongside an effective air conditioning system. The closet is incredibly organized, offering plenty of storage space. There’s a shared washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is a big plus. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns we had promptly and courteously. All in all, this property met our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to book with Kevin again.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, as the bed can be arranged either as twins or a comfortable king. The location offers easy access to all the main attractions in WPB. The kitchen is recently updated and features a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. I also appreciated the remodeled bathroom, complete with thoughtful touches like a dimmer switch that adds a nice ambiance. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with efficient air conditioning, kept us cool during our stay. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage options. We also had access to a washer and dryer, which is shared with the main house, where there’s extra rental space if needed. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small issues we encountered with ease. Overall, we had a great experience and would love to stay with Kevin again in the future.
