Beachfront Apartment Steps from Shore Luxury King-Size Beds

We had a great time staying here for our weekend getaway with the guys. The place is spacious and comfortable, just as advertised. There were a few minor issues, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor, but they didn't significantly impact our experience. Overall, I would definitely consider booking this property again!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! We spent a month enjoying every aspect of the place. The location is unbeatable—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport, yet far enough away to be peaceful. A mere two-minute stroll puts you right in the middle of numerous shops and eateries, and the beach is only a short 10-minute drive away. Plus, it’s a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis where you’ll find some amazing dining options and a wonderful farmers market every Saturday morning. There’s really no need for a car to explore the area. Kevin is a stellar host who made everything incredibly simple. He promptly arranged for repairs when we encountered any issues, resolving them almost immediately. The apartment itself was spacious, cozy, and fully equipped for our needs. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a great spot to relax. We had a minor mix-up with our checkout, but Kevin went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He has several properties and is genuinely trustworthy and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb and all of Kevin's listings to anyone looking for a great stay!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king-size. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink with a lovely countertop. The bathroom is also remodeled, complete with nice details like dimmable lighting. You’ll find ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, alongside efficient air conditioning. The closet is thoughtfully designed for ample storage. Plus, you have access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is a bonus (the main house is also a rental if you're traveling with a larger group). Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of small concerns quickly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would certainly consider staying here with Kevin again.

Mark was an amazing host! He was quick to respond, very attentive to our needs, and super friendly. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location couldn't be better, but the building is showing its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a good steam clean, and some pieces of furniture are in need of repair, with peeling leather. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time here and found it to be a comfortable spot in a fantastic area, though there's room for improvement.
