Fantastic location for an Airbnb, the apartment was quite roomy. While it could use a few minor upgrades, we were really pleased with our extended stay. It’s conveniently situated, offers a great parking spot, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening.

This place was fantastic! It was cozy and located in an ideal spot. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were impressive. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our queries. I would definitely come back here. Just a small note: the apartment looked a bit different from what the photos showed, but it wasn't a big issue.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!
Our work trip was made so much better by this fantastic accommodation. The space was ample, and we found the beds to be both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms at the back offered great extra space, allowing everyone their own bathroom, which was a big plus. We really enjoyed the pool area; it was surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but that didn't stop us from enjoying a swim when the sun was out. The tranquil sound from the waterfall feature in the pool was a lovely touch during the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, plus we took a delightful evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is unbeatable – just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, where there’s a wide variety of bars, restaurants, and even the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. We will certainly consider returning in the future if the opportunity arises.

We arrived in town around 1:00 pm and planned to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer. After multiple inquiries, we were finally able to get in by 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were tiling the floor until late in the evening. Additionally, they left a toilet and sink in the kitchen throughout our stay, which was quite unpleasant. We didn’t receive any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. When I requested a refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they would have to consult with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, I found this experience very disappointing and wouldn't choose to rent from them again.

Kevin truly came to our rescue when we found ourselves in a bind late at night. We had checked into another Airbnb only to find it was not prepared for our arrival. Thankfully, Kevin was available to help us with a last-minute booking at his place, and we were very pleased with how everything turned out. The apartment was great and met all our needs.

I had to make a last-minute business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, Kevin gave me a thorough tour which made settling in easy. The condo itself is very spacious for one or two guests, everything was in great working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic time at this rental for our bach party with a group of 12. The house was spotless and exactly what we were hoping for, just like the photos! It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out. Kevin was incredibly responsive and offered great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
The location was fantastic, providing easy access to all the local attractions. However, the building does show its age. I must say, the host, Kevin, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a thorough cleaning, and some furniture pieces seemed a bit worn, with signs of peeling on the leather. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable space with a prime location, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
