This rental turned out to be a fantastic place for our family reunion. I would definitely recommend it, but do check in on the pool cleanliness prior to your stay. Unfortunately, our plans for a barbecue day were affected because the pool needed some maintenance and had turned cloudy. The property manager has since taken care of it with the maintenance team. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! This apartment was the perfect last-minute find. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we loved having a parking spot available. It’s just a short stroll to coffee shops, shopping, and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the view from the window and sliding door more than made up for it. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Highly recommend!
Our stay at this property was fantastic for gathering the whole family together. I highly recommend it, but do check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this property! The apartment is conveniently located with parking available, making it super easy to explore the area. It’s just a short stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furnishings show signs of wear, the stunning views from the sliding door and window make up for it in no time. The host was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, which added to our fantastic experience.

Wonderful spot with an ideal location.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM with hopes of grabbing a bite before check-in at 4 PM. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we inquired again and received no response. By 7:02 PM, we checked in once more for an update and were told they would get back to us. Finally, we gained access around 7:45 PM, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom. There were workers there doing tiling, and they continued cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM. Additionally, they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. There was no apology or any effort to rectify the situation. When I asked about a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told the property manager would need to consult the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend renting from this property again.
We had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb for three weeks, and it was a wonderful experience. The location couldn't be better. As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were delighted with our choice of area. Most attractions were just a quick five-minute drive, and several spots were easily reachable on foot from the rental. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, and we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to everything. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home, and the pool area along with the cabana were amazing. The two 'casitas' made it so easy for our large group to enjoy our time together. The host was incredibly responsive and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Although the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and some of the pillows weren't the best, we found this to be a fantastic accommodation for larger groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.
