Charming 1-Bedroom 1.5-Bath Palm Beach Retreat

The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just 5 minutes by car. The room itself was small, featuring only a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and the kitchen lacked essential facilities. Given the location and the amenities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I received a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but I feel that over $300 is too steep for this space and its features. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that the property is better equipped in the future.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better for our first trip to West Palm. Everything we needed was just a quick 5-minute drive away, and some attractions were even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to so many places. This charming property is over a century old, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two 'casitas' were fantastic for our larger group, providing ample space for everyone. Kevin was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our visit was as enjoyable as possible. The only suggestions I would make are for a new washer/dryer and improved pillows, but overall, it’s a fantastic place to consider if you're in West Palm with a big group looking for a great spot.

We had a fantastic time with a group of 12 for a bachelorette getaway! The home was spotless and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. Kevin was super responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for a fun trip!
