Coastal Cottage Near Intracoastal Waterway

Fantastic location but the building shows its age. Communication with Kevin was top-notch. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few furniture pieces are starting to show wear, like the peeling leather. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay; it’s a cozy place with a great spot, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

We spent three weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our visit. The location couldn't be better! This was our first experience in West Palm, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Almost everything we wanted to see was within a 5-minute drive, and several spots were easily reachable on foot from the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close it is to main attractions. This Airbnb is a charming century-old property, and the pool along with the cabana area out back were wonderful. The two additional 'casitas' were great for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our stay was delightful. While it would be nice to have a new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows, this place is definitely a fantastic option for those traveling in larger groups and seeking a prime location in West Palm.

This rental was truly outstanding! We spent a whole month here and loved every second. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport (and surprisingly quiet), only a couple of minutes on foot to numerous shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's about a 15-minute stroll to Clemantis, where we found fantastic dining options and the best farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. Kevin is a superb host, making our stay incredibly easy. Whenever we needed assistance, he promptly arranged for someone to address the issue, ensuring it was resolved in no time. The rental was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to help us out. He has various listings and is very reliable and attentive. We highly recommend this place and all of Kevin's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

Mark was a fantastic host! The check-in process was seamless, and he was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully decorated. We had an incredible stay! This apartment was exactly what we needed for a last-minute getaway. It comes with convenient parking, and the host was fantastic, making us feel right at home. Everything is just a short stroll away: a quick 2-minute walk to Starbucks, as well as great shopping and live music options. Some aspects of the apartment show a bit of wear, like the couch, but when you take in the beautiful views from the window and sliding door, those small imperfections become insignificant.
