Prime Old Northwood Spot – Private Pool & Spa – Lovely Queen Suite

We had a bit of a hiccup with our previous Airbnb, but Kevin came to our rescue around 10 pm. He made the last-minute check-in incredibly smooth, and we were grateful for how clean and welcoming his place was upon our arrival. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a full month here and loved every single moment. The location is ideal—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport without any disturbance and merely a 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options. Plus, the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We particularly appreciated how close we were to Clematis, which boasts fantastic eateries and an amazing farmers market every Saturday, all within a leisurely 15-minute walk. There's really no necessity for a car to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Kevin was a fantastic host, making everything seamless for us. Anytime we needed assistance, he arranged for someone to come and resolve the issue swiftly. The Airbnb itself was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The other residents were friendly, and the pool area made for a lovely hangout spot. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to ensure it was a smooth process. He has numerous listings and we found him to be incredibly reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend both this property and Kevin’s other listings to anyone looking for a great experience.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb, and it was a fantastic experience overall. The location couldn't be better; as first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice. Most attractions were just a short drive away, and some were even within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood felt serene and safe, which added to our enjoyment. This charming Airbnb is a century-old home, and we loved the beautiful pool and cabana area in the backyard. The additional two 'casitas' were extremely useful for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and ensured that our stay met all our expectations. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, we genuinely enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for large groups looking for a prime location in West Palm.
