The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood that made us feel at ease. It was the perfect setup for our family reunion! The pool was inviting, although the heater wasn't functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub, which was a nice addition. The small guest studios near the pool provided a good amount of privacy, even if they were a bit cramped. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show signs of age. We faced some issues with the fridge and freezer; the freezer didn't get very cold, resulting in melted ice. Also, the stairs can be tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, making it less ideal for those with mobility concerns. Furthermore, there’s no bath or shower in the main living area. Overall, it was a competitive price for the vicinity, especially when shared among several families.

The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of 16 guests isn't easy, but they handled it well! Communication is key when booking through Airbnb, and the host excelled in this area. The property description was spot-on. The only issue we encountered was the oven, which the host promptly checked and confirmed was out of order. Fortunately, we were only using the stovetop since our visit was for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated a few unexpected amenities they provided. A big thank you to them! I will certainly consider booking other properties managed by them in the future.
What an AMAZING last-minute getaway! This apartment was exactly what we needed, and we were thrilled to find it available. Convenient parking and a very accommodating host made our stay even better. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away – Starbucks is only a couple of minutes from the door, along with shops and live music venues. Sure, some of the furnishings show signs of wear like the couch, but honestly, the view from the window and sliding door makes you forget all about that!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic for my sister's bachelorette celebration! The property was spacious enough for our group of 13, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses provided a great balance of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was breathtaking and perfect for capturing memorable moments. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and provided excellent support throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to accommodate a large group!

I booked a last-minute work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly accommodating and kept in touch from the moment I landed at the airport. The property is quite expansive, but the host provided a thorough tour, making me feel right at home. The condo is roomy for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
