A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.

Due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, I wasn't able to stay. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I really appreciate the flexibility and kindness during this stressful time.

I would give the host five stars without hesitation for their exceptional service. However, there were a few issues with the unit unrelated to the host. One of the faucets in the bathroom needed attention, but the host promptly took care of it. Also, the cleanliness of one of the bathtubs could have been better, and the towels were a bit worn out. It would be great if the owner could look into replacing them.
