Complete Private Residence

This property is in a fantastic location and feels very safe, making it perfect for a family getaway. The space is great for multiple families to enjoy together. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn’t functioning, but we ended up enjoying the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool offer privacy, which is a nice touch. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t working properly; the freezer was warmer than expected, so we lost some ice and frozen items. The stairs can be tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Also, there’s no bath or shower in the main part of the house. Overall, it was a good value for the area, especially when shared among several families.

Mark was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Even with our flight being delayed, he was waiting for us at the property to give us a tour and help us settle in. We truly appreciate all his efforts!

Unfortunately, I couldn't go on my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, but Kevin was incredibly understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I really appreciate his professionalism in this situation.
