Oceanview Condominium on the Shoreline

Our team booked this place for a work trip, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The house offered ample room, and the beds were incredibly comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent additional space, ensuring everyone had their own bathroom, which was a huge plus. The pool area was a delightful surprise, nestled among the trees—though we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, we thoroughly enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the pool's waterfall was a lovely feature at night. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure, and we took advantage of evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It's also conveniently located just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, bursting with bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to assist with any inquiries we had. We're definitely looking forward to returning if the house is available again.

We had a wonderful family getaway in this well-located property, nestled in a secure neighborhood. The space was ideal for our group of families, although the pool was a bit chilly due to a faulty heater. Luckily, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a pleasant alternative! The guest studios by the pool provided a nice touch of privacy, despite being quite compact. Keep in mind that the house shows some age, so it's not in perfect condition. We had issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was only as cold as the fridge, resulting in melted ice. Additionally, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it may not be the best fit for those with mobility challenges since there are no bathing facilities on that level. Nonetheless, the price is quite reasonable for the area, especially when shared among several families.
