This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, it offers flexibility with the beds being able to convert between twins and a king size. The location is ideally situated for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is nicely updated, featuring all necessary appliances including a stove, fridge, and a beautifully renovated sink and countertop. The bathroom also benefits from a recent remodel, complete with nice touches like a dimmer for the lights. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area to enhance comfort along with the top-notch air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of space for belongings. Shared amenities include a washer and dryer and off-street parking; both are accessible from the main house, which is another rental option if you need extra room. Kevin, the host, was quick to assist us with any questions and handled a few small concerns efficiently. Overall, our stay met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

I had a wonderful experience with Kevin as my host. He was incredibly helpful and quick to address any inquiries I had. His support during the busy DWD event was exceptional, especially in helping guests find last-minute accommodations that suited their needs. The studio itself was beautifully designed and had everything I could have wanted for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which was a great way to relax my muscles after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
