The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building does show its age, however. The host was very responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture are showing some wear, like peeling upholstery. Despite these issues, I still found the place comfortable and enjoyed my time here overall.

The property manager was wonderful! Very approachable and responsive, making it easy to resolve a scheduling error I had. I really appreciated the flexibility they offered.

If I were to rate the host alone, they would definitely deserve a full five stars. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host's responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host arranged for it to be repaired promptly. One of the bathtubs could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the highest quality. The property manager might want to consider replacing them for future guests.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and was in need of a place to stay for a month. The owner was incredibly helpful and kept in touch right from my arrival at the airport. Although the building is quite big, the tour provided made it easy to navigate. The condo is perfect for 1-2 guests, well-equipped, and impeccably clean.
