We had a fantastic experience during our stay! Steven was incredibly attentive and addressed all our inquiries promptly. Managing the needs of a group of 16 can be quite challenging, but he handled everything with ease. Excellent communication is key, and Steven excelled in that area. The property matched its description perfectly. The only hiccup was the oven, which turned out to be non-functional; however, Steven was quick to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was operational, and since we were there for a wedding, we didn't have to do much cooking. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches from Steven and the unexpected goodies he provided. Huge shoutout to Steven for making our stay memorable! We will definitely look for properties he manages in the future.
