Kevin was incredibly attentive to all of our inquiries and requests. Managing the wants of 16 guests is no small feat, but he handled it with ease! His communication was top-notch, which is crucial when booking an Airbnb. The property description matched perfectly with what we found upon arrival. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn’t operational, but Kevin promptly came by to check it out. Luckily, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to do any extensive cooking. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful surprises he provided. A big shoutout to Kevin for his hospitality! We will certainly seek out properties he manages in the future.

Fantastic location for an Airbnb, and the apartment was quite roomy. There are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, but we truly enjoyed our extended stay. It was conveniently situated with a nice parking area, a fitness center, and a large swimming pool where we were treated to breathtaking sunsets each evening.
We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy a nice lunch before checking in at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM. However, upon our arrival, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working and it would take longer than expected. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any communication, we followed up for an update but received no reply. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we were told someone would check and let us know, but we eventually gained access around 7:45 PM. Once inside, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and construction workers were busy tiling the floor, making it quite noisy as they continued cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. To our dismay, they left a used toilet, sink, and a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience, and when I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and ongoing issues, I was told I would need to wait for the owner's decision, but I never received any further communication. Overall, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing, and I doubt I would choose to rent from them again.
