The host was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries throughout our stay. Managing the requests of 16 guests can be quite the task, but they made it feel effortless! Excellent communication is vital when booking a place like this, and the host excelled in that area. The house matched its description perfectly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly came by to check on it. We primarily used the stovetop for light cooking since we were in the area for a wedding. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras from the host as well, which made our experience even better. A heartfelt thank you to the host! We will certainly consider booking again in the future with their management.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends (the bed can easily be set up as either twins or a king). The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom also features recent renovations, including some clever touches like a dimmable light switch. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with ceiling fans to enhance comfort, alongside excellent air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with racks and bars, offering ample storage space. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient if you need extra room in the main house next door. The host was quick to respond to our requests and handled minor issues with ease. Overall, the property met all our expectations, and we would be happy to stay here again.
