Freshly Updated Two-Bedroom Rental Unit Available

This place was fantastic! The location couldn't be better and the apartment was very cozy. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were excellent. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I'd definitely book this place again. Just a small note: the apartment looked slightly different than the online photos, but it was still a great experience overall.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it perfect for our family getaway. We appreciated the space for our group of families. While the pool was a bit chilly due to a malfunctioning heater, we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool offered a nice sense of privacy, although they were on the smaller side. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so you might notice some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn’t function properly; the freezer was more like a fridge, so we had melted ice, which was a bit disappointing. The stairs were a bit tricky, and with just one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be ideal for those with mobility concerns. Plus, there’s no bathroom on the main level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for such a great location, especially when shared among several families.

I can't say enough about how attentive Kevin was throughout our stay. Managing the needs of 16 guests is certainly a tall order, but he handled it like a pro! His communication was top-notch, which is so crucial for a great Airbnb experience. The listing accurately reflected the house, although the oven was out of commission. Kevin promptly came by to confirm it, but luckily we made do with the stovetop, and since our trip was for a wedding, we didn't need to cook extensively. We also appreciated the unexpected little touches Kevin provided during our stay. A huge shoutout to him for making our visit memorable! I would definitely consider booking another property he manages in the future.

I had to make a quick work trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right after I landed. Although the building is quite expansive, he provided a thorough tour, making it easy to get settled in. The condo is perfect for one or two guests, clean, and everything functioned seamlessly during my stay.

This spacious place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did spot a few minor problems, like a less-than-clean hot tub and some cracked flooring on the main level, it still matched the description well and didn't spoil our fun. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
