The location was fantastic and felt very secure; it was perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater seemed to be out of order. The water was a bit chilly, but we made good use of the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The small guest studios by the pool offered a nice separation for those needing their own space. Keep in mind this is an older home, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly—the freezer didn’t freeze at all, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, which may not be ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. Also, there’s no bathroom or shower in the main part of the house downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price considering we split the cost among several families.
