We had an excellent time at this property, perfect for gathering our family in one place. I definitely recommend booking here, just double-check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, we had to skip our planned barbecue day because the pool wasn't in the best condition and needed treatment. However, the host has taken care of the issue with the pool service. Kevin was a fantastic host—extremely attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

This place was a fantastic choice for our weekend getaway with friends! While we did notice some minor flaws, like the hot tub needing a thorough clean and a few cracks in the main floor, overall it met our expectations and provided a great space for us to enjoy. We would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! Liam was an exceptional host, always available to help with any inquiries and went above and beyond to accommodate everyone's needs during their stay. The studio was beautifully designed and had all the essentials for a comfortable getaway. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool—it was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days on my feet. I would absolutely love to return in the future!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or friends, thanks to the flexible bed setup which can either be two singles or a king-sized bed. Its central location makes it easy to explore the vibrant attractions of WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring modern appliances like a stove, fridge, and a sleek countertop with a new sink. The bathroom is also thoughtfully renovated with nice little extras like a dimmer switch for ambiance. With ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, along with efficient air conditioning, staying comfortable was a breeze. The closet space is impressively organized, providing ample room for our belongings. Additionally, there’s shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is a big plus! Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of small concerns we had promptly and kindly. Overall, the property met all our expectations and we would definitely consider staying with Kevin again in the future.

After our original reservation fell through at the last minute, I was pleasantly surprised by Kevin's quick response and willingness to help. We managed to secure our stay in under 24 hours! He met us at the house, provided a thorough tour, and encouraged us to reach out for any assistance. His recommendations for local beaches, dining spots, and activities were spot on. This property was perfect for our family reunion! It comfortably accommodated everyone, and I highly recommend it. Just a heads up, double-check that the pool is cleaned before you arrive.
