Our group of 12 had an amazing time on our bachelorette getaway! The house was spotless and just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we were interested in. Kevin was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a fun weekend!

This property exceeded my expectations! The comfort level was top-notch, and the location couldn't have been better. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were fantastic. Mark was an excellent host, always quick to respond to my inquiries. I would definitely book this place again. Just a small note, the apartment had a slight variation from the photos, but it was nothing significant.

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of everything! However, the building shows signs of age. I appreciated Kevin's prompt communication throughout our stay. The carpets could use a deep clean, and some furniture pieces are in need of repair, like the peeling on the leather chairs. Overall, I had a satisfying experience; it’s a cozy place in a fantastic area, though it could use some improvements.

Kevin deserves every one of those five stars for his outstanding hospitality. Unfortunately, the unit had a few issues that were outside of his control. There was a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Also, the cleanliness of one of the bathtubs could have been better, and the towels provided weren't the best quality. It would be great if the owner could consider upgrading them.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better. It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice of area. Almost everything we needed was just a quick 5-minute drive away, and many attractions were conveniently within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a nice bonus. This particular Airbnb is a charming century-old house. We absolutely loved the pool and the cabana area in the backyard, and the two additional 'casitas' were great for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and eager to ensure our experience was perfect. The only things we felt could be improved were the washer/dryer and some of the pillows – but aside from that, this is an excellent option for anyone traveling with a big group looking for a prime spot in West Palm.
