This rental was in a fantastic location and offered plenty of space. While there are a few minor updates that could enhance the experience, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of having good parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool that provides stunning sunset views each evening was a major highlight.

This place has an excellent location in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater was out of order, but we had a great time utilizing the hot tub instead. The guest studios near the pool provide a nice touch of privacy, although they are quite compact. The property does show some signs of age, so keep that in mind. We faced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer not cooling properly, which was disappointing since we needed ice for our drinks. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so it's not ideal for anyone with mobility concerns, especially since the main house lacks a bath or shower downstairs. Overall, it’s a good deal for the area, especially if you're sharing the costs among different families.

The host made our arrival seamless despite our flight being delayed. They waited patiently at the property to give us a warm welcome and a thorough tour. We truly appreciate all the effort they put in. Thank you!

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often expensive West Palm Beach rental scene. It's a charming spot, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, close to many attractions in WPB. The kitchen is newly renovated and includes a stove, fridge, and beautiful countertop and sink. The bathroom has also been updated, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, which, combined with the efficient air conditioning, keep the space comfortable. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for storage. Guests have access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking that is shared with the main house (which is also available for rent if you need extra space). The host was very responsive and efficiently addressed a couple of minor issues we encountered. Overall, this property met our needs well, and I would certainly consider renting from this host again.

If I were to rate just the host, they would definitely deserve a full five stars. However, there were a few issues with the unit that were beyond their control. One of the faucets in the bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner upon our arrival. The quality of the towels could use some improvement as well. It might be a good idea for the owner to consider replacing them.
