Freshly Built Apartment

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or two friends since the bed can easily be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom is also newly renovated and has thoughtful features like a dimmer light switch. To stay comfortable, there are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom, in addition to the top-notch air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with ample storage space. Plus, there's a washer and dryer available, albeit shared with the main house, which is also a rental if you need extra accommodations. Kevin, the host, was responsive and took care of a couple of small issues we had promptly. All in all, the property met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Kevin again.

We had a fantastic time at this spacious place for our weekend getaway. While there were a few minor drawbacks (the hot tub could use a good cleaning, and the main floor has some cracked tiles that might need attention), overall, it met our expectations perfectly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an amazing last-minute getaway at this lovely apartment! The location is fantastic, with convenient parking and a host who was extremely accommodating. Just a quick 2-minute stroll to grab a coffee at Starbucks, plus plenty of shopping and live music nearby. While some aspects of the place, like the couch, showed a bit of wear, the stunning view from the window easily made us forget any minor imperfections. Highly recommend for a short stay!
