Luxury High-Rise in West Palm Beach's Vibrant Downtown District

Our last-minute getaway was simply fantastic! This apartment exceeded our expectations with convenient parking and a wonderful host. Everything you might want is just a stroll away—Starbucks is only two minutes on foot, plus shopping and live music spots. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door make you forget about any minor imperfections.

This Airbnb is simply outstanding! We spent a month here and cherished every moment. The location couldn't be better. It’s under 10 minutes to the airport and surprisingly quiet, just a short 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. A lovely 15-minute walk brings you to Clemantis, where you'll find fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You can easily enjoy the area without needing a car. Kevin is a fantastic host who made everything incredibly easy. When we had a minor issue, he arranged for someone to come by and fix it promptly, resolving it in no time. The Airbnb is cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The neighbors are wonderful, and the pool was a delightful spot to relax. When we accidentally got our checkout date wrong, Kevin went above and beyond to assist us. He manages several listings and is extremely reliable and responsible. We can't recommend this place and Kevin's other properties enough!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better for our first trip to West Palm Beach. We were thrilled that everything we needed was just a short drive away, and many spots were even within walking distance. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, which added to our comfort. The charm of this century-old home was delightful, and we loved the pool and cabana area in the backyard. The two additional 'casitas' were ideal for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive and responded quickly to any questions we had, ensuring our stay was delightful. The only minor improvements would be to update the washer/dryer and perhaps invest in some new pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic option for anyone traveling with a larger party who wants to be in the heart of West Palm.
