The host was incredibly attentive and addressed all our inquiries promptly, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but the communication was top-notch, and that made a real difference. The property matched the listing perfectly, except for one hiccup—the oven was out of order. However, the host came by quickly to assess the situation, and thankfully, we were able to use the stovetop without any issues as we weren’t planning on cooking elaborate meals. We truly valued our exchanges with the host, who even surprised us with a few thoughtful gestures. A massive shoutout to the host for everything! We will definitely look for properties they manage for our future travels.
