The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or just about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price point, I found it to be quite unreasonable for what was offered. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I received a full refund, but paying more than $300 felt excessive for this space and its facilities. I hope they consider adjusting their pricing and enhancing their amenities in the future.
